"This custom figure is based on an unreleased prototype figure from the early 90’s as part of the Seatron/Sea People themes. These alien sea creatures featured a custom molded head, torso, and legs nearly a decade before the actual first specially molded minifigure, Jar Jar Binks in 1999. The sets were likely canceled due to poor sales of the other expensive monorail sets at the time, and because executives deemed that the aliens were "not right at the time," and would have to move forward later. That time is now."
This project is a collaboration between starwalker_customs, bloomasaurus, and doubleking_bricks. Each collaborator is recognized in the form of a small symbol molded into each of the parts, with a planet on the inside of the head hole, a flower on top of the neck pin, and a crown on the underside of each foot, respectively.
